Sales Supervisor

Position: Sales Supervisor

Responbilities:

Hit personal sales and service target/quota
Manage overall branch day to day activities in the absence of Branch Manager
Support Branch Sales and Service Target/Quota
Monitor sales, stocks, records, and staff performance
Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and assist with concerns
Supervise, motivate and train immediate subordinate

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
With at least 2 years work experience in supervisory role
Willing to work onsite (Monday - Saturday) and assigned to any branch

Skills:

Good communication skills (oral and written)
Can work under pressure and prioritize tasks on hand
Willing to learn and undergo training
Teamplayer
Train and develop immediate subordinate
