Job Description:

  • A sales supervisor oversees the work of retail or non-retail sales employees. The sales supervisor may also perform some tasks of a manager, such as purchasing, accounting and budgeting. Retail sales supervisors may ship goods, arrange displays and help customers as well as assist staff.


  • Control and Supervision on branch personnel and resources

  • Reviewing reports from managers to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for growth in the company’s market share

  • Assist Branch Manager by supervising and making sure that the team is united.

  • Ability to resolve customer’s problems/issues in a timely manager.

  • Responsible for implementing and managing all initiatives that will support the sales organization.

  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.


  • With at least 2 years work experienced as a Store Supervisor/ Store OIC

  • Experienced in Retail industry is a must

  • Work experienced in electronics/ appliances industry is an advantage

  • Must be willing to undergo paid head office training

  • Excellent communication skills with positive traits such as; trainable, a team player, can motivate subordinates and compassionate
