Retail Sales Personnel

Job Description:

Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs. Answers customer's questions about merchandise. Assists customers with purchase decisions. Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.

Responsibilities:

Individual Target Sales per month (with incentives for every hit target sales)
On top of sales, the Retail Sales Personnel is expected to help in other administrative tasks in the store including but not limited to:
Periodic audit of inventory
Cashiering – in instances when manpower is short
Receiving deliveries of inventory
Assisting customers with defective units

Qualifications:

Experienced in Retail industry is a must
Work experienced in electronics/ appliances industry is an advantage
Must be willing to undergo paid head office training
Excellent communication skills with positive traits such as; trainable, a team player.
