Job Summary:

The Administrative and Assistant of Human Resources will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Reports to: HR Manager

Directly works with:

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the Concierge of the organization.

  • Assist Applicants for Interview and other concerns.

  • Monitor and follow up applicants on the submission of requirements.

  • Coordination and monitoring of result of Background check conducted by third party.

  • Scheduling, communicating and monitoring of Employees for Onboarding Training.

  • Assist employees with clearance and exit survey. And route clearance form to other department.

  • Act as an external Liaison for HR department such as but not limited to LBC, BDO and other government agencies.

  • Monitors and Release HR inventories such as Alcohols, vitamins, face mask (PPE’s) and uniforms.

  • Preparation of ID’s for employees.

  • Monitors and orders office supplies for HR Department.

  • Prepares purchase orders for human resource office.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Ability to operate general office equipment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management

  • At least one year of administrative assistant experience preferred.
